Anniversary Meeting and AGM 2021

November 30 @ 12:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Great Seal of Scotland presented to the Society in 1783

ST ANDREW’S DAY TUESDAY 30 NOVEMBER 2021 AT 12NOON GMT
AUGUSTINE UNITED CHURCH, 41 GEORGE IV BRIDGE, EDINBURGH AND ONLINE

Fellows are invited to register to attend the Anniversary Meeting either in person or online.

This will be a hybrid event and will start at the earlier than normal time (12noon GMT). Numbers are restricted to 85 people in person, so book early to avoid disappointment. However, it may still be necessary, due to future pandemic restrictions, to move this event to fully online only. Please keep an eye on the Society website, e-newsletters and your email inbox for the latest news and further information on Society events.

You will need to be logged into the website as a Fellow (use the red Fellows Login button at the top of the Society webpages) and click on the link below to take you to the Anniversary Meeting and AGM page on the Fellow’s only noticeboard. This will give you the opportunity to register (either in person or online), view the Agenda and vote online for new Fellows and Council members.

The agenda and further documentation is now available on the Fellow’s Only area of the website, and will be posted to those Fellows for whom we do not have an email address. We will also be circulating a notice to register and vote by email.

Voting will be counted in advance of the meeting itself, and ballots will close on 12 noon GMT Monday 29th November 2021 to facilitate the independent scrutiny of the votes by two Fellows and the results tallied.  Voting is now open.

Looking forward to seeing as many Fellows as possible on St Andrew’s Day!
