Invitation to Annual Fellows Meeting in Atlanta, Georgia
This October sees the return of an annual dinner meeting in the USA for both Fellows and friends who are interested in the Society, organised by longtime Fellow, Hope Vere Anderson. The dinner meeting has been timed to occur during the Stone Mountain Highland Games (17 – 19 October) in the Atlanta, Georgia area.
- Date: Saturday 18 October 2025
- Arrival time and cocktails: 6:30pm
- Dinner, Program and Speakers: 7:00pm – 9:00pm
- Venue: Hilton Atlanta Northeast – Castle on the Hill, 5993 Peachtree Industrial Blvd., Peachtree Corners, Georgia, 30092-3416, USA
- Customised Scottish Buffet Menu:
- Haggis and Cock-a-Leeke Soup
- Mixed Greens Garden Salad with Assortment of Dressings, and Tomato/Cucumber/Mint Salad
- Scottish Beef Stew, Bangers and Tatties, and Scottish Fish’n’Chips with Malted Vinegar
- Oatmeal Potatoes, and Colcannon
- Desserts: Shortbreads, Fruit Tarts, Cranachan with Whipped Cream and Berry Coulis
- (Cash Bar – 6:30pm until 9:00pm)
Guests can also enjoy a talk from Dr Ryan Burns, Assistant Professor of History, Jacksonville State University, on The Campbells and the MacDonalds – Politics and Catalysts.

Tickets are $85 per person.
