“A founder’s workshop from the Bronze Age?” by Tom Rees, Rathmell Archaeology Ltd

Tom Rees, Rathmell Archaeology Ltd, presents his lecture on the preliminary results of excavations in the shadow of Hunterston power station, where a possible Bronze Age founder’s workshop was discovered.

18 February 2016 lecture in the University of Glasgow by Tom Rees, Consultant Archaeologist, Rathmell Archaeology Ltd, on the discovery of Bronze and Iron Age remains during excavations around and in the shadow of the Hunterston power station. Includes an introduction by the President of Glasgow Archaeology Society, Dale Bilsland, with whom the Society collaborated to bring the lecture to Glasgow.
