New applicants for Society Fellowship are put forward for election once a year at our Anniversary Meeting on Saint Andrew’s Day, 30th of November. The closing date for applications is the 1st of September.
To be eligible for election your application needs the support of two current Fellows who can confirm your interest in and commitment to the study and understanding of Scotland’s past.
If you do not know any Fellows please contact the Society office by email (email@example.com).
Once completed please post application forms to the Director at the Society of Antiquaries of Scotland, National Museum of Scotland, Chambers Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1JF, by the 1st of September.
Please make sure your form is signed by your sponsors (or referees and, if necessary, references are enclosed with your application).
Your application will be treated in confidence and, if accepted, offered for election by the Fellowship at the Society Anniversary Meeting in late November (usually 30 November, Saint Andrew’s Day).
By becoming a Fellow you are agreeing to the Society’s data protection policy.
Subscriptions are not due until you are elected. No money should be sent with the application form.
Following the Anniversary Meeting new Fellows will be contacted with full Fellowship information and payment details.
