In 2016 the Society responded to a consultation by Scottish Government on the Land Use Strategy 2016-2021. The Society recognises the pressure that land across Scotland is under from various and often competing uses and we welcome the Scottish Government’s efforts to develop a strategy to allow more efficient and productive use of our unique landscape resource.
