Before the invention of writing, the landscape was a book of stories and meanings.

Mythographer Stuart McHardy FSA Scot and archaeologist Alison Sheridan FSA Scot explore the rich archaeology of the Ballachulish ‘goddess’ and the surrounding landscape, and debate how those who lived there in centuries past might have imagined and connected with their environment.

After the debate, everyone is invited to grab a complementary glass of Stewart Brewing beer and continue the conversation in the Scottish Storytelling Centre.
