At the Society lecture meeting on the evening of 10th December we held a minutes silence for our Honorary Fellow and past President, Roger Mercer, who very sadly passed away suddenly on Monday the 3rd December 2018. Our thoughts are with his family; he will be sorely missed. A private funeral will be held with a memorial service to be arranged.
